ROI Capital Partners, LLC has pre-existing business or personal relationships with Sources of capital and believe these Sources may be interested in providing Funding for our clients.
The companies we represent seek Source(s) of Capital who may provide loan(s), debt, equity, or other consideration paid, delivered, granted or exchanged from or with the Company, (a "Funding"); from certain persons or entities that qualify as accredited Lenders or accredited Investors.
Our duties as an "Introducer":
We contact Sources of capital to determine whether interest in providing a Funding exists and if so, we will arrange for an introduction.
